Cooperative Education Coordinator’s Role

• Coordinate student interviews with the CTVE teacher, student, and employer
• Visit the employer’s workplace and perform a safety site inspection
• Create a Cooperative Education Student Agreement document to be signed by all parties
• Create a Co-op Worker’s Permit
• Work with the student and the employer to determine a job start date
