Our mission is simple … to provide you with an environment and equipment that will help you achieve your fitness goals and reignite your passion for a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’re a beginner seeking to build muscle or a seasoned athlete aiming to improve endurance, this summer’s athletic training opportunity is your go-to resource for expert advice, training tips, and motivational stories. Summer Schedule

  • Strength & Conditioning Sessions with Coach Miranda on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-6pm and Wednesdays 3-4:30pm.  
  • Open Field Mondays 4:00 – 6:00pm. 
  • Run Club Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00am – 9:15am.
