Dear GNBVT Families,
As we head into the Thanksgiving recess, I want to take a moment to wish each of you a happy, healthy, and restorative holiday. This time of year offers us an important opportunity to pause, reflect, and appreciate the simple things that make our lives meaningful.
In my Monday Morning Message, I spoke to our students and staff about gratitude—and how, as we grow older, we begin to understand that the most important parts of life aren’t the material things we chase, but the small everyday gifts we often overlook. Being able to wake up, breathe deeply, see the morning light, and feel strong in mind and body are blessings we sometimes take for granted.
I am truly grateful for this school community—our students, families, staff, and everyone who contributes to making GNBVT such a special place. As we end this short week, I encourage all of us—students, families, and staff alike—to slow down and appreciate the simple joys around us. Let gratitude guide us.
Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyful Thanksgiving. And as I always tell our students:
Prepare with Purpose, Pursue with Passion, Persevere with Pride—and above all, be kind!
With gratitude,
Principal Williams
