Dear GNBVT Community,
As we wrap up another incredible school year, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who made it so successful. To our dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and supportive families—thank you for your tireless commitment to helping us prepare our Bears to be ready for the college or career of their choice. It truly takes a village, and I am so proud to be part of this one. I look forward to doing it all again next year—with even greater momentum!
This edition of Paw Prints shines a special spotlight on our Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter, whose performance at the National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular.
-
33 GNBVT students proudly represented us among over 7,000 students nationwide.
-
11 of our students earned a place on the national stage.
-
We brought home 1 first-place, 4 second-place, and 3 third-place finishes.
This achievement is a testament to the preparation, passion, and perseverance of our students and advisors. Congratulations to all who competed—you’ve made us incredibly proud!
As we head into summer break, I want to wish every member of our GNBVT family a happy, healthy, and restorative vacation. Take time to read a good book, get outside, stay active, and—most importantly—smile often and be kind. Kindness is our superpower, and it will always carry us far.
Bears United!
With appreciation,
Principal Williams

Summer is upon us! Remember a few summertime tips including using sunscreen, water safety
& caution as well as staying hydrated when exposed to the sun and heat. Have fun & be safe
as you take the time to unwind and enjoy your well deserved time off from school. We look
forward to hearing about all of your summer-fun activities in the fall.
|
|
Please send in any updated medical documentation that the nursing staff will need to take
care of you for the upcoming school year. We do come into school over the summer so we will
be able to review medical documents received prior to the start of our next school year. As
always, we are available to answer any questions that you may have, along with your parents
and guardians.
|
|
For our upcoming senior class, the MA Department of Public Health (DPH) requires schools to
report on the final status of meningococcal vaccinations. We ask that if you have not sent in
proof of this vaccination last school year, please provide a copy at the start of next school year.
We must report out to the state after the holiday season.
|
|
For those entering 11th grade, the nursing office requests a copy of your updated immunization
record. Proof of meningococcal immunization is required for the start of the school year if
you are 16 years old according to the MA DPH. For those turning 16 years old during the
school year, please bring immunization records once updated.
