Any student in need of an application for a work permit should email Mrs. Walsh at heidi.walsh@gnbvt.edu
Applications should be returned to no later than Monday evenings. Ms. Walsh will be in the building completing them on Tuesdays and setting up appointments for you to come to school to get them on Thursdays. Students will be scheduled 15 minutes apart, must bring their own pen and wear a mask, a table will be set up outside.
Please complete and return it to Mrs. Walsh via email along with a copy of your Birth Certificate or passport and respond to the following questions; address, age, gender, eye color, hair color, and any distinguishing facial marks.
