The expectations are even higher for the 2019 Bears.
This is Justin Cruz’s second season as a head coach. His first season’s record was 4-7. This year has already proven to have taken a strong start.
The Bears lost some key seniors, but look to fill their spots with some hopeful, young talent. There will not be a shortage of skilled players within the program’s roster, but the offensive line will have something to prove after losing 3 out of 5 positions to graduation. This will be Coach Cruz and his staff’s second year leading the program; with the highest program numbers in the area, the expectations are even higher for the 2019 Bears.
