RE: Cycle 13- Return to Hybrid Model

Dear GNBVT families,

Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech will return to its hybrid learning format (previous format prior to the holiday break) on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.

Division 2 Freshman and Sophomore students will report to school during their shop cycle to their CVTE/Shop programs utilizing the green/gold cohort models.

  • Students in the GREEN cohort will report January 12, 13, 14
  • Students in the GOLD cohort will report to school January 15, 19, and 20
  • Division 1 Freshman and Sophomore students will be learning remotely per the remote academic schedule.
  • When students in shop are learning from home remotely, they will check-in by 8:00 a.m. with their teachers and complete asynchronous daily assignments posted by their shop teachers

Division 2 Junior and Senior students will report to school during their shop cycle to their CVTE/Shop programs for in-person instruction. Division 1 Junior and Senior students will be learning remotely per the remote academic schedule.

All academic classes will continue to be conducted remotely utilizing the new student schedule distributed in last week’s principal’s letter.  The link to the new student schedule is below.
