Dual Enrollment
Students interested in signing up for Dual Enrollment should visit the Guidance Department.
High school students in the Bristol Community College service area may enroll in one college course each semester at no cost. Tuition and fees for this free dual enrollment course are being covered in party by a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Where necessary, any additional tuition and fees are being waived by Bristol Community College. Students may also enroll in afternoon, evening, weekend, and online classes. A minimum high school GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and an official high school transcript are required. BCC also requires that the students and parent or guardian complete a Dual Enrollment application form which must be signed by the high school CVTE Coordinator or guidance counselor.
Students below the age of 16 at the time of registration must comply with the College Underage Policy. Students are responsible for the cost of course texts, materials and lab fees. Limited financial assistance may be available on a case by case basis. Contact the Director of School to College Partnerships for more information.
Students who wish to take additional courses will be charged the regular tuition rate plus fees and materials. Some scholarship assistance is available.
GNBRVTHS has 20 students participating in our Dual Enrollment Program with Bristol Community College this semester. The students are enrolled in a variety of classes and we wish them well.
