To All Seniors: The Alumni Association is giving 3-$350.00 Trade Scholarships 3-$350.00 Academic Scholarships. Applications are located in Guidance must be returned by March 26th.
Homework Center: Does your binder need help? The Homework Center is the place to go. We will help you organize. Just bring your binder and papers and we will help with the rest. Visit the Library after school for help in all subjects, to read, do homework or get organized. The Homework Center is available from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays.
Attention 10-2 Students: All 10-2 students please report to the auditorium for a student, ELA-MCAS meeting accompanied by your academic teacher. Please proceed at 1:00 p.m by voice announcement
Attention 10-1 Students: All 10-1 students please report to the auditorium for a student ELA-MCAS meeting accompanied by your shop teacher. Please proceed at 1:45 p.m by a voice announcement.

Attention Juniors: Any juniors interested in taking the May 1st SATs must see their Guidance Counselor before the March 25th registration deadline.
Attention Seniors: Representatives from the Educational Opportunity Center will continue to assist with the FAFSA applications March 17th, 24th, and 31st from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on March 12th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Attention Seniors: Please give your Guidance Counselor a copy of College Acceptance and Military Enlistment letters. We are proud of our seniors and would like to display your accomplishments on the Senior Bulletin Board.
GSA: the next GSA meeting will be next Wednesday. March 17th, at 3:00 p.m. in B238.
Attention Junior Class: Junior Semi-Formal tickets go on sale Monday, March 15th. Please see the class webpage for more details.
Class of 2013: There will be an important meeting for the freshmen class officers tomorrow and today, March 10th at 2:30 p.m. in room B233.
Class Rings: will be distributed on Thursday March 11th in the main lobby during all lunch shifts. Balances must be paid in full at that time.
Skills USA: All students attending Skills USA State Competition must see Mrs. Romanelli in room B353 regarding room assignments, by Friday March 19th 2010.
BPA Congratulations: To the students and advisors for BPA, Business Professionals of America. On Monday, students from GNB Voc-Tech earned 61 awards at the state competition in Framingham. Our students placed first in ten competitions and "swept" first, second and third place in Video Production. Some of the winners will now be eligible to compete in the BPA national competition to be held in Anaheim, California, in May. Congratulations to all of the students from Business and Office Tech, Visual Design, Media Technology, and Information Technology who took part.
Renaissance Awards Ceremony: For the Second Term Honor Roll will be held Friday, March 12th. 629 students will be recognized for their academic excellence. Students in shop on Friday should report to the auditorium immediately after attendance at 7:45 a.m. Students in academics will be called around 8:30 a.m. Please pay close attention to your reporting time. Invitations will be passed out in shop and in related classes. Names have been posted on the Renaissance bulletin board and a list of recipients will be attached to an upcoming email. If you have questions please see Mr.Fortin in room J206 or Mrs. Bouley in the MCAS office.
Photo Club: Dress down tickets are on sale this week for Friday, March 12th, 2010. They are available in all office areas. Thank You for your support.
Sports
Intramurals: After School Monday thru Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Softball: All candidates are reminded to turn in Athletic emergency forms and physical papers to the trainer.
Lacrosse: There will be a brief meeting for Lacrosse players today, Wednesday March 10th, in room B324, Mr. Hawes room at 2:35 p.m.
Dodgeball: Attention students and faculty tickets for ultimate dodge ball are now on sale during all lunch shifts. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased in the Welcome Center. Ultimate Dodgeball is this Friday March 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the gym.
